Our process.
In our highly involved and collaborative design meetings, we modify and revise your home plans in real time with you in the office. The ability to brainstorm ideas and immediately see them implemented into the plan makes for a very efficient and streamlined process.
The process starts with an initial consultation where we cover the scope of your project. This meeting gives our clients the opportunity to get a feel for us and to discuss their home in detail. We look at any pictures or plans you may have collected and talk about how to put those into action.
If you determine we are a good fit, we will take a deposit at that time to begin work on your plans and schedule your first working meeting. This is when you will see the blueprints for the first time and begin to make modifications.
You will leave each meeting with a copy of your plan. We provide you a printout and digital copy so that you can review and send us change orders. We then implement those and have them ready for review at the next meeting. For those that select our mid and upper tiers, you will also receive a link to view your plans in 3D remotely.
Each meeting we will be closer to having your plans completed. When we have wrapped everything up, you will receive two full sets of the prints and a digital copy of your plans. The 3D link will stay active throughout the construction phase of your project.
