Bring Your Vision to Life

Delivering floor plans tailored to our customers’ lifestyle and taste is our specialty. We have continually honed our system to ensure we capture our clients’ desires. While the 3D software we run and the visual advantages are many, we believe it is our process that differentiates us from our competitors.

Designing your home is an extremely personal process. We give our clients a complimentary consultation first, giving them an opportunity to get to know us and get acquainted with our program. We also gain insight into our clients’ way of living, enabling us to design homes custom built to fit their individual needs.

The next three meetings consist of us going room to room in your house, picking apart and dissecting each space until we get it exactly how you want it. Our lead designers’ unique ability to make changes on the fly becomes paramount when clients want to visualize a space in different ways. With the visual benefits of our program and capabilities of our team, we can work through anything.

Upon finalizing, you will receive a turnkey plan set to make the bidding process simple. Before you break ground, we hope you will consider us for your custom home design needs. Our aim is to create an experience that is enjoyable, exciting and involving. Call or email today to set up your free consultation and discuss your upcoming project.

What should I bring to the complimentary consultation?

Pictures, magazine clippings, sketches, Pinterest pins or any idea books you have put together will be very helpful. If oversized appliances or furniture will be used, we will need make and models of those at this time.

How long does it take to design a custom home?

The average time to complete a set of house plans from the date we start working is 6 weeks.

How many meetings are included?

Our base price allows for 3 working meetings, during which you can make unlimited revisions.

What level of detail can I expect to see in the 3D experience?

You can expect a general representation of textures and colors you have picked, both interior and exterior. While we are not interior designers, we will make every effort to display materials to your taste.

What if I want to make changes to my plan between meetings?

If a change needs to be made that wasn’t outlined in a meeting, we recommend contacting us with those changes. The preferred method of contact for these changes would be through email so we have a detailed record of the change order.

What will I get along the way?

At the close of every meeting we will print a large format floor plan for you to take home and review. At that time, we will also email screenshots of your home. We do not provide updated floor plans and screenshots outside of working meetings.

How long are the meetings?

Our meetings will typically last a minimum of 2.5 hours and no more than 3.5 hours.

What is included in a plan set on a custom home?

The plan sets will include elevations, floor plan, roofing plan, electrical plan and basic foundation details.

How many plan sets will I receive?

You will receive two complete large format paper sets and a digital copy of your plans. If additional copies are required, we offer in house printing at an additional cost.

If the scope of my project changes late in the design process, will there be fees?

In the case of drastic changes late enough that we cannot complete your plan sets in the allotted meetings, we will move to hourly billing. This is not common, but should it occur, we will communicate hourly estimates before proceeding. We will never surprise you with additional fees.

How will the billing be handled?

We break the payment into thirds based on an estimated total square footage. The first payment will be required before we start work. The second invoice will be paid after the first meeting, and the final payment will be due upon project completion.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks and all major credit and debit cards.
